My kid is playing game on internet sudenly one programe pooped up and block the game and telling him to click ok,then he click ok continuing play game. When I start the computer next day that programe (ativirus programe)scaned my pc and telling youhave this many infections and make a payment to delete it in the mean time that antivirus programe blocked my internet ,system restore point, etc ---- but I checked internet connection it shows connected,now I can not go on internet also it did not show on add/remove programe list. How can I get rid of this programe pleae give detail information. Thanks Ruban.

Microsoft says never click any part of a popup, only use ALT + F4 to close it. Try System Restore while you are in Windows Safe-Mode.

Sounds like you (or your kid) installed a rouge malware program disguised as an antivirus program...probably Antivirus 2009. If that's what you have, try googling 'Antivirus 2009 removal' And as Chuck 2 said, you should NEVER click OK on any popup you're unfamiliar with.

try this 1. install Macafee full protection 2. full scan your HD 3. if it dose not solve your problem then try a recovery software which came with ur laptop
