My Norton keeps shutting off the Auto Protect and email scanning. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Norton several times and they are still disabled. Can anyone give me information on how to correct this situation?

You could have a virus on the system but first lets try this. How to uninstall Norton AntiVirus by using the Rnav2003.exe removal utility KTTD

I have had this problem since I downloaded a file called 'japlp.exe'. My auto protect, email scanning and system scanning display Error. And I can't seem to re-install Norton again. Any suggestions?
