I am trying to update Anti Spy from the IE6 toolbar. It says there is a new version out. When I click on the download button, this is the message I receive

Internet Explorer on WindowsXP SP2 may be blocking installation of the Yahoo! Install Manager required to update Anti-Spy.

How can I fix this? I have been having problems lately and am wondering if SP2 could be the problem.

If there is an answer please explain.

Thanx,
Nanette

If you are talking about "anti spy" from nitous then you might be better off going to them as they offer 24/7 tech support for their products.
