Hi, My PC sometimes when am doing a search or a scrolling in a folder (with many many files) then happens: like an autorefreshing and it affects all the machine, the desktop also blinks a second. Is there a way to avoid this? maybe a tweak for the registry? thanks.

MMmmm Johnw sorry but you misunderstood my question, i doesnt mean about the refreshing rate of the monitor, but the refreshig of the window: like when you press F5, in my machine this happens often, when am doing a searching of something in a large files folder, the screen blinks once and all is refreshed in the system, even the desktop, i dont want this and if i could i will make the refresh command disapear at all (if that is possible) help meeeeee!!!
