*** Another Question/PROBLEM*** My internet explorer isnt working...It keeps crashing for no aparent reason..its really annoying....Ive got Internet explorer 7 and Win XP Home Edition SERVICE PACK 3. Currently Im using Firefox, but I like to use Explorer now and again. Every time I use it, it may work for a while but then it just crashes and says that its encountered an error and must close.... ANY IDEAS, REALLY ANNOYING. Ive got all the windows xp updates etc.

You can try disableing all add ons. You can do that by going to tools- manage add ons-enable and disable add ons, and disable all add-ons. Thanks, mmh

Ok it is easy to solve this problem, but you have to be patient from 3 to 6 business days, all you have to do is request a hotfix for that from the following link: https://support.microsoft.com/contactus/emailcontact.aspx?scid=sw;[LN];1414&from=KBHotfix&WS=hotfix After you receive the Hotfix from microsoft then just double click it and your problem will be solved.

serjyonline, You need to specify what & which hotfix (usually prefixed with MSKB) the OP should request from MS. The link you provided is merely a Hotfix Request Web Submission Form that will not be processed without the hotfix identification. Please be more specific so that the OP will benefit. Yes...Ive now uninstalled SP3...and Internet explorer 7....Im now using Internet explorer 6 and the problem is still THERE!...This morning I started up messenger Live and it crashed all the time....I unistalled it and installed it again and for NOW its working fine.... I dont know what to do with Internet explorer.....I want to use it but its impossible..... PLEASE HELP!
