Another BT voyager 50 AOL problem

Hi there,

Got a system that after install mcafee modem stopped working. Then when uninstall mcafee the modem still does not work getting line test failed in dianostics, saying to check driver. So when checked driver has been installed more than 20# time.(got the duplicate number) Is this a simple reg problem or driver, will try both but what do you think?

Remove the modem from the Device Manager and then reboot. When Window$ picks up a new device, reinstall the modem drivers. Good Luck.

have tried. No go, after I reinstall it, get the same message in dianostic, line test failed..check drivers..
