I got this virus where windows keep popping up saying "this e-mail cannot be sent", and more and more keep coming up. The only temporary fix is to close ccApp.exe, and I am unable to uninstall symnatec antivirus as my school has put a lock on my laptop. I have AVG Antivirus free and it hasn't detected anything yet. I cant install my Norton Antivirus 2005 as Symnatec Antivirus is installed. Do you have any suggestions?
Here is a screen dump of the virus in action: http://img153.exs.cx/img153/2521/virus5zp.jpg
