I think a spy-removing program and/or an antivirus program will help you.

There are many spy removing programs. One of the most common is adaware:
http://www.ada-ware.com/

It will probably find a lot of cookies, but don't worry about those really. What you should worry about is hidden programs running in the background. Adaware will find most of those hidden programs.

I went to the address you gave and immediately McAfee VirusScan Alert came up with something called JS/Keylog-Briss.ldr I found some details about it at http://vil.nai.com/vil/content/v_126197.htm Be careful people if your definitions are not up to date

Sorry photoboy1982 this doesn't help your quest but you must have a virus/spyware

Just a point worth noting - the excellent program:

Ad-Aware can be found at http://www.lavasoftusa.com/

The program mentioned by Ferc, ada-ware is a ringer, exploiting the name of the original.

Anti-Spyware products are big business these days, and some are either ineffective or actually load malware onto your machine.

Please - try and be discerning.

Ad-Aware Professional (purchase version) From Lavasoft.de is an excellent software which comes with a good pop up blocker (Ad watch).

You can try the free version of Ad aware there.
Alternative free and simple one : Spybot (found at download.com)

The next step to do right after following D.vagadia instructions is to install a toolbar with pop-ups blocking options. You can use either msn tool bar or google toolbar or yahoo toolbar. these toolbars gives u the option to block or to allow pop-ups on the Internet Explorer.
