animated icon download/upload speed

need a small programme that would show the current download/upload speed as an animated icon in the tray bar. mind it, it needs to be an animated icon, not an extra window like in dumeter that eats half the screen. the numbers must be visible all the time, not just when I hover the mouse cursor above the icon. any ideas?

but u can shrink dumeter to a little box which u can tuck in a corner without it interferring in your work.
