Hi,
I downloaded this movie from Torrent. And well it was in 48 Rar parts. Now the problem is that i am stuck at 98% with over a week and no one is seeding it.
I can see the progress of other people to be stuck at 98% as well in "bitcomet".

Anyway the thing is,the files 4,5,and 48 are partially downloaded with 48 being downloaded 0%.

Now is there ANY way possible that i can just grab the whole of the movie from in there, doesnt matter if it hangs in the area where 4th and 5th number files are corrupt.I will forward it and it will work fine then...

I tried WinRar but it keeps on sayin that the AVI file is corrupt, when i know it aint corrupt, just 4,5 and 48 are giving me probs,Rest every file is 100% done.
Any ideas :(?

Quickpar..... will rebuild broken parts of the file,,,, I use it when downloading from usenet groups ,,,, Different movie files... get it ,,,

here

the missing files should be able to be rebuilt as long as there is as much as you say,,,, 98 percent,,, should work up to missing around 10 percent;;;

Have a look at the torrent details to find out which tracker the torrent is on. You may be able to register with that site, then request a reseed.

Please let us know if you found someone's advice to be helpful.

Dude the QuickPar thingy didnt work :(.
It just makes many .Par2 files and says "No repair needed" at the bottom.

Now what am i supposed to do with the many .Par2 files?Their names are all messy.

How do i join them all to make a single .Avi movie?

Also,I am gonna try this Torrent tracker thingy. :)
Will let u know if it works.
Thanks a lot :).

Well after using it you should then be able to extract the rar files and come up with a movie file.....

enter all rar files ,,, and then use the quickpar,,, If it doesn't work for you well Just another suggestion....

As for the par files ,,,, Delete them,,, or use quickpar to open one of the Par 2 files and see if it'll repair it then

Hi,
Well neither of the tricks worked :(.

I was somehow able to extract 700mb(nearly full) movie though, but that didnt do any good as once again it only played till initial 4 minutes and then it restarts.

I even tried to fix it with an AVI repair Software, that didnt do the trick either.

BTW about the Torrent Tracker thingy,i dont know how that works, but whenever i try to open that tracker in IE5,garbage shows up.What should i do with this tracker?

The File is located on this Tracker:

http://tracker.prq.to/scrape

Any help would be appreciated.
