Always Run as Someone Else

Hi,
If I set a shortcut's advanced property to "run with different credentials" then when I double click the shortcut it'll ask for username and password.
Is there a way to save this username and password so doubleclicking will instantly open the target, as a different user?
Some programs like Azureus (BitTorrent client) will have different download list and settings when run on different user account. I want to make this kind of programs always run the same, no matter who's running it.
Or is there another way to achieve this? Thank you.

You wouldn't want to do that with any user other than maybe guest. MS I would think would try to not let a shortcut contain any password because there would be no easy way to secure it. Too prone to exploit.
You might try to enable guest and see if you can use guest to run program always.

thanks for the idea :D I just tested it out but still no luck, because I still can't make the shortcut (or programs) "always run" as guest :(

If there is a way to make a certain shortcut always run as guest (without popping login boxes) then it'll be perfect, because the programs I want to run are not administrative programs. I only want the program's settings and preferences becomes the same for all users.
