My computer always reboot with XP, sometimes it said "Driver IRQ less or not equal", sometimes it said "Paged fault in non paged area", here is my config:

Intel P4 1.6AG, Kingmax 256MB DDR 333, 2TheMax(Epox) 4SDA+, IBM 40G x2@Raid 0, SPI 400W
I didn't oc,when I set the ram to 166MHz, I can't even complete installing XP, it just reboot while installing. I can only install it while the ram is set to 133MHz.
After installation, whenever I set the ram to 166MHz, my XP will reboot in 1 or 2 hours time.(I remove unnecessary things when I install). With 133Mhz, it still hang, but after a longer time....(hang 2-3 times within a day -_-)
I changed the RAM already, but the problem still. I went to 2themax(Epox)'s customer support and they help me to check out the mainboard, they found it with no problems installing XP with ram@166MHz, they also tried out to use my ram@166Mhz as well and there is no problem installing XP.

can anyone help me find out what problems is it? Is it my CPU or my SPI will have problem?
Thx a lot
