Ok here is the problem. I analyzed my c: drive and it said I should defrag this volume. So I ran scan disk first than I defrag. After i did that I defragged I reanalyzed again and it said I should defrag again. I did it again and it still says I defrag. If your HD is too full it may never defrag. I think the book said something like 75% full. Darn, it was a test question too.
