Comment:
When I run an exe file on my PC (the file located on a network drive), it always give me waring about running this application will harm your computer......, and I need to hit OPEN to run the exe file, or cancel the process. The option for "always ask before running this type of file" is checked and grey out, so I can't change that. How could I uncheck the box?? Thanks

You can't! The network administrator would have to. Why would you want any program to be installed before you had a chance to see what it is? Here, virus, virus, virus.
