Hey guys looking to get some help here. Does anyone know of some GOOD Utilities to use in PLACE of Norton Systemworks. I am not just talking about the Anti Virus. But the main thing I like is the System Doctor that reports all sorts of stuff on your PC. .. I.E. usage on disk., Space left. , optimization, Antivirus status, Disk Doctor and all that. I know of other antivirus applications but not a total package sort of thing like Systemworks. Any of you use some really good ones?? Thanks in advance.

No I don't. I don't use any third party suites - I have me and my experience.

XPUser is on the right track. Those Suites are primarily a pain. AVG is a very good (FREE) antivirus, and if you stay on top of Bigfix, A-squared free, Spybot and Adaware (free), you can use the builtin system screens to find all the other stuff, for free. You just have to make sure everything stays updated and USE it! Also, find a better firewall than MS gave you; I have tried Zone Alarm (free) and now use Kimodo, also free. The Norton suite takes up too much overhead and wait until you try to uninstall it!

A positive attitude won't solve all your problems, but it will annoy just enough people to be worth the effort.
