Is there anyway I can set up a folder full of pictures that my desktop will alternate from every 15 mins or so?

you can only do a picture slideshow in screen saver.

You can d/l webshots. This can be set to rotate your background as well as your screeensaver.

I downloaded Webshots and It doesn't recognize the files I have. I play WoW and want to use my screencaptures as backgrounds
