when i press alt ctrl del, instead of the regular box that comes up, another 1 comes up. it shows however many users r on and if i wanna logoff or disconnect them. can any1 help me plz? thx

If you mean you lost your tabs in Task Manager, try double-clicking somewhere on the border.

To say it another way:

In Task Manager, double click in the left or right
hand margin area, just on inside edge of the window,
and all the tabs will come back.
