Almost got an audio CD to burn

I was searching through "Media Player" and thought that - perhaps copying a CD into the Playlist would allow me to copy onto a CD Burner (I can't figure out any other way to copy an audio CD). Anyway, I copied a CD onto the hard drive and then proceeded to follow the wizard to burn it. The only problem was that - through Media Player, it only wanted to copy the 1st track and then close the CD.
Anyone know how to navigate the Media Player to copy an audio CD? Or am I completely off track in trying to have XP Home do this?

My friend had that problem. Found out that CD was rip at too low quality setting (64 kbps, I guess 64 kbps is the default setting for Media Player) Tool > Options > Increase Copy music at this quality to 128 kbps. Rip the music again and burn it :)

Here's a page with step by step instructions: http://www.winbookcorp.com/_technote/WBTA20000810.html I seem to remember that there was a Windows Update to fix that problem, so make sure your computer is fully updated.
