i guys!b4 to write anout my problem i want to say thank to all that helping us! my new problem is that:i just bought on all-in-one hp scanner ,printer ,fax, copy, and i want my hp to can send also faxes.how can i do that?i have internet conection adsl.is it possible with this conection to sent faxes?or i have to have isdn conection?i have software fo sending fax.can somone explain me !pls!thanks in advance!

You need a dialup modem to FAX. You cannot FAX over an ADSL or cable connection.

I have an HP all in one and use the fax. It's connected to my phone line. The instruction manual will tell you how to connect the fax part to your telephone. When you send or receive a fax you will tie up the phone line unless you have a seperate number for the fax.
God knew I couldn't be a pioneer, that's why he gave me a computer!

Quite right Mary. The HP device probably has a built-in modem.
