All video tests passed but still no video

Specs: Windows XP
Logged on this morning and I got the normal Dell and Windows start up graphics, but when it booted up all the way, there was just a black blank screen. I've finished running all the tests and they all passed. So I'm kind of at a loss on what else I could try. Can someone please help me?

Oh and the light on the monitor is green like there's getting a signal. Mouse and keyboard are also working fine. When I did the test it was a full system test and it came up with no errors.

Tried switching out the graphics cards and still doesn't work. I think I might have messed up how the graphics shows up but Idk how to get back in to fix it. I need to be able to get into windows to fix it but windows isn't showing up. Everything up to the part where the desktop shows up is showing up but then the desktop won't load. And there's only one beep when it loads up which means it's normal right?
