I have spent 20 hours.
*** All USB ports not working with XP SP3.
All USB ok with Linux Fedora.
All USB ok with original XP.
Just before XP logo appears, USB green lights turn off, and don't turn on again.
Drivers OK.
Any idea, other than re-instaling XP ?
Thank, Backgammon167

Uninstall SP3
Or
Search Google for sp3 usb problems or fix.

There are a lot of hits.

Problem found: It was cause by a program that was monitoring USB ports.

The way I found it, was by de-installing all non-necessary
programs.

Good advice: Remove all programs that you do not use.

Thank you for your site Tom.
