bosanac69, That fix also covers:

When you click Programs menu in the Start Menu, it may show as (Empty)
Nothing happens when you click All Programs in Start Menu
Not all the shortcuts are displayed.

First, login as Administrator (or equivalent) and execute this command from Start, Run dialog:

regsvr32 /i shell32.dll

Click OK

Restart Windows.

Note that the spacing is important.

It normally corrects the problem and has for many others.

I have done it,like you explained it, and than system says following: "DllRegister Server and Dllinstall in shell32.dll succeeded".

It should be solved, but after i restarted it, nothing happens again when i click on all programms.
I tried also the second way, like your link explains, but it seems to be complicated.

But thank you in any case.

2. Answer: yes, it happenes to all profiles.

bosanac69, Here's an option: If your familiar with Windows Explorer (not Interent Explorer) do the following:
Press the Windows Logo and the E keys on your keyboard at the same time to open Windows Explorer then go to the C:\Windows\System32\Restore folder and open it. Double left click on rstrui.exe to open System Restore. You can go back to the closest date prior to when this problem started and do a System Restore.

Note that any programs or updates you installed during the period of the System Restore date you chose and today will have to be downloaded and installed again.
