Reboot the pc and enter setup(watch screen as it restarts and press key, F1,F2 that it says to enter setup). Check the Bios setting advanced then onboard options and enable the onboard sound setting if it isn't already enabled. If it is enabled, exit setup and let the pc reboot to windows. In windows, from run command, type in devmgmt.msc and see if the sound driver is installed under sound, video controllers. There shouldn't be a yellow exclamation point beside any entry.

'Usually' you have to connect an audio cable from the TV tuner card to the sound card. Hopefully you got a short stereo cable with your sound card. It should be connected between the lineOut jack on the Tuner card to the LineIn jack on the sound card.

aegis is correct. You need to connect a jumper from the AIW to the input of the sound card. Then when you setup the AIW you must choose the the correct type of connection.

The AIW card should have come with a short jumper cable with RCA plugs on both ends to connect the card to the sound card input connection
