I tried scan virus online and it said my computer infected AGOBOT-BK worm, but cannot clean them because the infected files are currently in use.

C:\Windows\System32\svchos1.exe
C:\................\winampa.exe
C:\................\winhlpp32.exe

Are those file important ? Can I just delete them ? I looked up that Worm in Internet but I don't have Sophos anti-virus now, so what's your suggestion ?

According to Sophos you do not need any special sofware to remove this worm just a couple of patches from MS.
