Specs: Microsoft windows xp media center edition version 2002, 960 mb
Okay so my computer is honestly a p.o.s but we don't
have the money to get a new one. Anyway, I recovered
my computer. And after recovery my computer lost
everything. Including my Internet connection. So what I'm
asking is, how in the world can I connect to my wireless
Internet again. Every computer has Internet but mine I
don't know how to reconnect it to the Internet. Please
help.

You don't mention what sort of recovery you did, but if it was with an actual XP disk (rather than a branded disk) then after recovery you need to make sure you have all of the drivers installed for your hardware. Right-click 'My Computer', choose 'properties', then 'Device Manager' and make sure you don't have any exclamation marks against any items - these are the ones that need the drivers.

If your wireless network is protected, at some point you will need to enter the special key required for this to have access. It would have been setup on the same computer, with the old OS installation, but the key is stored in the router/hub/whatever.

If you don't have a protected network, you can skip this (but it is advised to protect your network anyway).

After that, it should be easy, let him try to find an IP (don't set a fixed one), and set Subnet mask to 255.0.0.0 or so
