run adawareSE and or spybot search and destroy. Sounds like a spyware infestation.

can get into email but not msn. wont let me scan or download any antivirus,cant down load anything at all, and is disabling all my internet security options .

sorry yes online conection is fine , it fist started with a pop up in the task bar , rebooted and got rid of the problem ,then this one accured . i went into tools internet options , and everything is disabled , changed everything ,then it disabled them again . haveing a nightmare .:>( i got to scan page but it wouldnt let me scan .
