Ad-Ware bad?

I used ad-ware on my friends computer twice before but now I used it a 3rd time and now I cant get the Internet to work. It refuses to renew the IP address on a router and on USB. I cant even use the acc--t set-up disk that came with it!!! PLZ help

You mean Ad-Aware 6 ? Read the Help file under 'Restoring Back-ups'.
Or you could try XP's System Restore. Go back to before you last ran Ad-Aware.

Use AdAware 6 regularly without any problems. It doesn't touch anything that deals with your network connection, so the problem you have was caused by something else.

Build 160 causes that problem,
latest build is 162.
