I maintain a network with 20pc's running win xp pro workstations and a win 2003 server. All workstations run Ms Outlook. When i need to backup everyones email,i go round to each workstation and copy the outlook.pst file to the server. This is tedious and time consuming.Any suggestions on doing this process more efficiently? Thanks
With this utility, you can scheduled what to backup, where to back it up to, how often, etc....

Sorry Jennifer,i did make a mistake there...im still very confused about this Outlook backup.I just wanted some other opinions. The download you specified from microsoft only backs up to the local pc. What is the point of doing a backup if you can just use the outlook.pst file as a backup.

safly, pfbackup allows you to specify the location of the backup. It's not restricted to the local machine. One can also select a network/mapped drive to backup the data.
