I tryed to put this CD on that i bought and I can get halfway thur and then this sign comes up 1402 could not open key, what do I do/ cjl211@westriv.com

Have you tried this

1. Choose Start > Control Panel (Windows XP) or Start > Settings > Control Panel (Windows 2000).
2. Double-click Add Or Remove Programs.
3. Select Adobe Photoshop elements [version] and click Remove.
4. When prompted, confirm that you want to remove.
5.Restart the computer, and then reinstal.
