Out of Nowhere 2 Days Ago I Started Getting a Box With The Following Message: "This Operation Has Been Cancelled Due to The Restrictions In Effect On This Computer. Please Contact Your System Administrator" I'm The Only User On This Computer. If I Hit Start > Settings There Is No Control Panel Tab That Shows Up Only: Network Connections, Printers+Faxes, Taskbar + Start Menu. I Can't Get Into: Device Mngr., Add/Remove Prg. Page, And Also If I Right Click On Desktop + Click On Properties So I Can Get To Monitor Settings, Wallpaper, Etc. I get The Same Message As Listed Above. I have Not Changed Any Settings, Passwords, Etc.I Have Run A Full Virus Scan (Norton) And System Restore Wont Even Run Because Of The Restrictions That Are On This System Right Now. I Also Ran The Latest Version Of Microsoft's Malicious Removal Tool. And I Never Mess With The Registry. As Listed Above I'm Running XP PRO With Service Pack 3 (Which Is How It Came From Dell) The Crazy Thing Is Other Than The Problems I've Listed, Everything Else Runs PERFECT !!! Can Anybody Out There Please Help ??? Thank You In Advance. Posted On May 1st.2009 @ 9:55 AM (EST).

Most Virus and Spyware scans are likely to work better in Windows Safe-Mode.

Try any of these files in the RUN box. Be sure to include the CPL extension after the file name ---
