Hello buddy,
if you are using a windows-based OS,the most simplest way is to use the control panel. In Win Xp,you must log on as the administrator,go to control panel then to add or remove programs. You click on the program and then uninstall.
for win 7, u go to control panel then to uninstall progams and follow the samE steps

Insufficient information for us to give any useful help - "not working" could mean anything.

You say "Add/Remove Windows Components not working"
Is it when both installing and uninstalling?

Could you explain what happens when you try?

If you are having trouble uninstalling a particular program let us know which one it is. Sometimes programs are buggy and you have to use alternative methods, which we can discuss if necessary.

Always pop back and let us know the outcome - thanks

All users of XP have administrator privileges by default, except the optional Guest user which has limited privileges, but any user with administrator privileges can assign limited privileges to another user.

If your user has limited privileges, there are a lot of things you can't do, including adding or removing programs.

Try Revo Uninstaller
I use Advanced Mode. Screenshots of how to use.
If you have partially uninstalled your program, you see a message from Revo, that it can't find the uninstaller, hit Cancel & let Revo continue on, to search for the remnants.
