can someone tell me how to completely uninstall a program if its not listed in the add/remove programs list...

usually, the uninstaller is there

you mean C:program files..? yeah its in there but no uninstall in there..

Sometimes the uninstaller located at Windows directory and sometimes within the program. Try to uninstall from the program itself. Try look at setting, option or whatever in the menus, may be you can uninstall frm there.

Go to pcworld/find and search for Myuninstaller. Freebie, used it to get rid of last nagging file from a virus. Works fine. Frank
