Add safe IP to my router

Specs: XP Home Edition v2002 ser, Pentium 4 cpu 2.00ghz, 25

Hi all,
I'm a novice when it comes to routers. I just got access to seeing my PC at work from home. All of the directions worked accept I still can't actually get in. The directions suggest that I need to add their IP address to my "safe list" in my router's firewall. I have a Linksys WRT54G. Best Buy's geek squad set up my wireless and firewall. Can't find the user's manual. Went to the Linksys website, but the user manual pdf wouldn't open or save. I can't even find the router on my PC to try and find the firewall. Can anyone help? I'd like to "babysit" some reports that are running at work. Thanks! Barb

Try 192.168.1.1 in your browser the default name is admin and password is either admin or just leave it blank..... But i think they my be talking about adding YOUR home IP to your Work's firewall... by the way how are you "seeing" you work pc or i guess i should ask what are you using to see it?
