all of my add ons got disabled and i tried to enable it but it says it is managed by your administrator...and i cant even access my accounts..it says tht error has occur....i dont knw wat to do? plzz help me..

Im using computer at home...i used to have Firefox and it disabled all the addons in IE. And i gotrid of firefox but now i can enable addons...whenever i try to click on it, it says that your add ons are managed by adminstrator...and i cant get access to my user accounts when i go to control panel...i click on user accounts it says there has been error occured and asks if i want to continue script when i click on yes it just doesnt do anything the screen goes white..
