Comment:
When I go to the add and remove programs not all of my programs are listed. Only around five or so show up when I have around 15 and plus all the hotfixes don't show either. Any reason why?

Some programs will not show if they have not made certain (common) registry entries. For example, an executable with an .ini file and a save file will not necessary show up in the Add/Remove list. It may be a program, but its not registered itself to Windows. Often small, free, or older programs are like this.
Lesley asks a good question, which is probably your real problem.

Also - if you have recently Installed SP1 -that will remove all your previous Hotfix entries as they will have been included in SP1 - that is normal

Go to Program Files and look for the specific program. If the program isn't in the Add/Remove Programs list, it is always in the Program Files folder unless you specified for it to be elsewhere. Also, some programs have indivudual un-install files.
