I HAVE A CD WRITER THAT CAME WITH ADAPTEC SOFTWARE, I TRIED USING NERO BUT DIDNT WORK IS THERE A WAY TO MAKE IT WORK

The latest version of Nero, version 5.5.5.1 works fine with XP. Get it from http://www.nero.com/en/download.htm

i had problems with some burning software until i found out that xp doesn`t install an aspi layer by default

there is a program about that checks if it is installed correctly and then you can install the latest version if all is not as it should be


it worked for me
