Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4

Grrr... it came pre-installed on my computer, and I recently upgraded to WindowsXP (I was running on WindowsME). Any possible way this can be fixed without needing to reinstall?

It was the same way here... however it came with 98 then i upgraded to ME then to XP. Unfortunatly, there is no way to fix this. I know, it is depressing. Xp has no support for CD creator 4.0 due to compatibility issues. I suggest you obtain Adeptec Easy CD Creator 5.0 or up somewhere. Good luck, and i hope it all works out.

Adaptec EZ CD Creator 4.5 works quite nicely on my XP system... However, Adaptec Direct CD doesn't work at all. Try deleting the Direct CD portion of Adaptec. By the way, the 4.0 to 4.5 upgrade is a free download fron their website

Adaptec Easy CD Creator 4. you Have to get EZ cd creater 5.0 and up grade it. And follow the instruction on their suite. that the problem that face in past and it is solved know. good luck.

I had the same problem with easy cd creator 4, and today I dont all fixed, I downloaded easy cd creator 5 form http://www.navnetwork.net (you will need a S/N) then upgraded it to 5.02 oh! just remembered when you install select custom install and remove Take Two from the installation, Take Two is not compatible with XP.
