I have windows XP and I went to My Computer -
Local Disk C - I left clicked Windows and at the left top I clicked search.
If you spelled it right (acturn.dll) I don't have this .dll and my addin Folder is empty.
Ask someone if you should open the addin file and delete what's inside.
Before you delete anything here make a backup copy. I don't have enough experience to tell you what to delete or how to install a backup copy.

If you want to see the addin file open Windows, It's at the top of the list.
Take care.
