If you have your cookie level set too low you will NOT be able to access these sites, go to either tools at top of page then Internet options or start then control panel internet options privacy tab then UP the cookie level.
Active X are located in security tab click custom level.

I dont know,
But somebody does.

sandy: Cannot Display Page

1. update to IE6 SP1 to reinforce your encryption status at:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/ie/downloads/critical/ie6sp1/default.asp

2. set your security level to medium;
click IE Tools, Internet Options, Security tab, Custom level button, Reset custom settings to Medium.

3. on the Privacy tab, allow cookies for the problem sites;
in the Web sites box, click the Edit button, type in the following and click the Allow button for each to add them to your Managed Web sites: hotmail.com
msm.com
microsoft.com

4. make sure that your firewall Program Control is not blocking Messenger.

5. click on "Check the .NET Service status" near the top of this page:

http://www.microsoft.com/windows/messenger/default.asp?gssnb=1

and also consider downloading the Messenger update at the same location.

6. update your java engine at:

http://www.virtualmachine.tk/

let us know what worked for you...
