Active x and my Hotbar program

Hello,

My hotbar won't show on my system... the exact error message i got when i go to the page www.hotbar.com is:

YOUR SECURITY SETTINGS FOR YOUR ACTIVE X MAY NOT ALLOW THIS PAGE TO DISPLAY CORRECTILY.

My hotbar is still installed and I can still download skins but they don't display and the buttons that come with hotbar don't display and in outlook express i have no hotbar buttons. I would greatly apprecicate any help you can offer.

Rhiannon, HotBar is spyware and I wouldn't want it on my system. Removal Instructions are at the link below.
