Comment:

I installed Acrobat Reader 7.0 about a month ago.

I’ve found that when reading a PDF, my OS will frequently “lockup” to the point where it will ask me if I want to send a report to Microsoft. I’ve also noticed that after I launch reader, CPU usage goes to 100% and stays there until I reboot.

Has anyone else noticed this with Acrobat Reader 7.0?

Stick with v6 or better still v5

Unless you actually need the supposed
"improvements" in 6 & 7 they are simply bloatware.

IMHO !

I've had no problems with version 7.0, it's quicker to startup. I like this version better than the rest...
