I get the following message when I try to send a message:
Access to the account was denied. Verify that your username and password are correct. What are you sending from?
Can you logon to your hotmail account via the web?
Hotmail works fine. Just trying to send a reply to a mail list and get this message when it goes to outlook to process.
It would appear outlook is not configured with the correct account name or password from the error yet you say hotmail is fine. This does not look right for outlook settings
