hi there i uninstall the files&folder security software and there are folders i used to locked before by this software, but now when i reintalled again this software the folders locked is not there. so when opening the folder the error msg access is denied. i have files in that folders i cannot get it now.

I don't think the previous response will be of any help if you used third-party software to lock folders.

What you should have done is unlock all the locked folders before you un-installed the security software.

Now that you've re-installed it, it's treating you as a new user and knows nothing about the folders you locked previously. That's a security feature so someone can't get into your folders simply by uninstalling the software.

You will have to contact the developer of the security software.
