Hi, I have a dead notebook and there is information on the Hard disk that I need to get off. It was running XP home and I can connect it as a slave hard drive on another XP computer and see everything on the drive however when I try and access c:\documents and settings\user folders I get a message titled "User" C:\Documents and Settings\User\My Documents is not accessible. Access is Denied" . I can access all the other folders on the drive except under this folder. It is probably a permissions problem but how can I get access to my documents.???? Any Suggestions ????
