Access denied on network files

I just set up a network with 3 pc's. i can access pc#3 from any of the other 2 pc's, i can access all of its files including drive "c" program files", but i can't access pc#1 & 2 completely, i can access it and see the folders but when i try to get into drive"c" program file", it gives me "not accessible" i could fully go into pc#3 but not into pc#1 & 2, i have tryied evrything, i have windows xp on all 3 pc's, can someone olease help me?

Have you tried right-clicking on the hard drives of PC's 1 and 2, clicking the sharing option, and under the Security Tab setting the allowing full control?

Yes, i have set for folders to be shared under properties of drive "c" on every pc, but i still get not accessible of pc1 & 2, its weird how pc#3 lets me access everything but not the other ones.

I would guess that PC#3 is not XP, but something like win98.
