My new Evesham 1900+RK with XP crashed with blue screen, etc so after all attempts at recovery ended up using recovery console to rename c:\windows to c:\winbkup and reinstall XP back to c:\windows so lost no data... However, previous install admin accounts "My documents" folder is giving access denied (I'm on NTFS) and I can do nothing with it... How do I delete/access these types of folders from new XP installation???

After having to re-install Windows XP home eddition I too have lost access rights to several password protected user account information. I have searched everywhere for a solution but, so far I have been unable to resolve this problem. Any suggestions would be welcomed.
