Comment:

I have a swim meet program that uses Access databases and I keep getting this error 3163 and it won't open my databases.

The exact error message says:

Error Description: The field is too small to accept the amount of data you attempted to add. Try inserting or pasting less data.
Error Source: basUtil.SaveLastDatabase
Error Number: 3163

Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem? I will have to re-enter all my data so I have what I need for tomorrow but I still need to solve this problem.

Thank you in advance.
