A Video File That Can't Be Deleted

Hello to you all anyway I recently downloaded a video file from ares and every time I tried to view it and it would close down and a message would display it needed to send microsoft a error report But i deleted it from ares and accidently copied it to my videos no im having the same problem would should i do or what programs can i get to get rid of it
