HOW can I disable user acounts, special adminstrator options and all that so i basiclly have Windows 98,and so that, for example, when i save to the desktop its saves to the desktop, not MY desktop in documents & settings. IS THIS POSSIBLE??!

simplicity is bliss!

Anythings possible, but for this task it would take a lot of reg hacking and renaming, XP is based on NT/win2k so its got user accounts, unlike win9x's simple 1 user environment, them folders are not real such as "My Documents" actually is just a link to a real directory which can be changed with a tweak program such as TweakUI.

You CAN disable accounts by going to 'User Accounts' in the Control Pannel you can click an account and there is a 'Disable' button in there.
As for destroying the 'Documents & Settings' folder this is not possible. Windows XP was designed for networking, which means many users can use the Operating Sytem on one or several PCs so it is easier to have all the users gathered together in one place.
hope that helps :)
