Hello, I am on Windows XP SP2 Pro, and I have a question regrading some security and access restricting software. I need a utility that will provide me the possibility to manage and restrict access for various Windows users to certain installed programs and Windows OS security features/options. But i don't want to have that utility running in the system tray or background all the time, eating system resources. I just want to be able to use it for restricting purposes when I need, and then close it and forget about it, so that security changes or registry tweaks will remain active even if this program is exited. Its probably something that deal with Windows built in [b]Group Policy - User Configuration[/b] or [b]Local Security Settings[/b] applets. Does anyone know a program like that?
